For bookings starting from September onwards, the minimum stay is nine months, preferably extending to one year.

Room: Private Basic is one of our budget-friendly options. It provides premium privacy and comfort. It has a single-size bed, a Smart TV. It’s only yours, allowing you to enjoy privacy and quality furniture at a very reasonable price. It’s significant to highlight that the Private Basic has a sliding door and does NOT have an outside facing window. It’s an appealing option for people with light sleeping habits and sensitivity to the morning light. Neighbourhood: Brighton is a neighborhood located in the western part of the city of Boston, Massachusetts. It's known for its vibrant student population, diverse community, and easy access to public transportation. At Brighton Residence, you'll find yourself situated near many restaurants, shops, and other amenities. The area is particularly popular among college students, as Boston College and Boston University are both located nearby. As a result, the neighborhood has a lively and youthful atmosphere.There are several parks and green spaces in the area, including Chandler Pond, Rogers Park, and the Chestnut Hill Reservoir. These provide opportunities for outdoor recreation and relaxation. In terms of transportation, the neighborhood is served by several bus lines and the Green Line of the MBTA's subway system.
