For bookings starting from September onwards, the minimum stay is nine months, preferably extending to one year.

Room: Flex Plus is one of the budget-friendly options. It has a full-size bed, smart TV, and is separated from the rest of the suite with a smart bookcase system. It is only yours, in which you can enjoy full privacy together with quality furniture at a very reasonable price. It is significant to highlight that the bookcase system does not fully insulate the area and there is a little gap at the top of the partition area. Neighbourhood: Brighton is a neighborhood located in the western part of the city of Boston, Massachusetts. It's known for its vibrant student population, diverse community, and easy access to public transportation. At Brighton Residence, you'll find yourself situated near many restaurants, shops, and other amenities. The area is particularly popular among college students, as Boston College and Boston University are both located nearby. As a result, the neighborhood has a lively and youthful atmosphere.There are several parks and green spaces in the area, including Chandler Pond, Rogers Park, and the Chestnut Hill Reservoir. These provide opportunities for outdoor recreation and relaxation. In terms of transportation, the neighborhood is served by several bus lines and the Green Line of the MBTA's subway system.
