About the Space:
Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests in its two double bedrooms, this meticulously organized space promises an unforgettable stay in the heart of the city.
The apartment features two levels, with one of the bedrooms located on the lower level (-1). Stairs inside the apartment connect both floors.
Step onto the elegant terrace and savor the essence of Porto. This charming space offers a unique perspective of the city, best enjoyed in the company of loved ones.
Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and unwind in front of the Plasma TV after a day of exploration. The apartment's well-designed closets ensure your belongings are neatly organized, while the fully equipped kitchen is ready with all the essentials to create your culinary delights.

Car Access and Parking Information:
Please note that it is a pedestrian street. If you arrive in Porto by car, be aware that our building is located on a pedestrian street only. If you are arriving by Uber/Taxi, kindly ask the driver to drop you off at Rua da Vitória 87 and proceed down Rua do Ferraz . If you are driving your own vehicle, you may attempt to park it on this street or consider parking in the nearest paid parking area - SABA Cardosas Parking (recommended).
For guests staying for over a month, the host covers utilities up to a maximum of €100. In case this amount is exceeded, the guest may be required to cover the additional costs.

Upon check-in, we will request your identification document. Short-term rentals require the reporting of guest information to the Border Service (SEF) through a process known as the Accommodation Bulletin. Your host is obligated to communicate your presence to Portuguese Immigration and SEF within 3 weekdays of your arrival.
