The room is at the back side of the house with view on the garden and is very quite.

You can register at the townhall but at the time of leaving you have to send the prove of cancelation to get back your deposit.

You have to take care of your internet
But probably possible to share it with other renters for about 30 euros a month

Please do not try to communicate outside the platform. To book the room,
you have to pay the first month rent on the platform (by either sending me a booking request or if I invite you to book and you accept it). It is not possible to request viewing but I can of course answer all of your question.
Then I send you the contract and rules of the house and you sign on each pages and send me back in PDF + copy of your ID or passeport.
Once I get the document and prove of bank transfert the accommodation is booked for you.
