The flat is rented including fully equipped kitchen, high-quality crockery and cutlery, well-equipped study, TV, projector and screen, very good audio and video equipment, fast WLAN, towels and bed linen.

The Germania Campus is the trendy neighbourhood on the site of the former Germania brewery and has an exceptional infrastructure. Supermarkets, organic markets, other shops, several restaurants and doctors' surgeries as well as a pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity. The bus stop and local recreation areas are just a few metres away. Buses run every 10 minutes. You can reach the cathedral square in 10 minutes by bike.

The outdoor pool is a 5-minute walk away; ideal jogging routes and a fitness studio as well as a dance school are right on the doorstep; in winter you can skate in the lively centre of the neighbourhood. The Wilkinghege golf course is nearby. It's simply beautiful here!
