You will find tons of nice places to hang out as well as super nice bars and recreational areas. With its beautiful churches and old buildings, the district is perfectly preserved and invite for long walks or dinners at one of its nice places.
The flat itself is newly renovated (new bath, new kitchen, floor heating, new everything), and has a nice kitchen, where you can kick back with your flatmates and cook together. It is located on the ground floor but facing the quiet backyard of the property. In 400m walking distance to the U6 stop “Volksoper” and in 600m the U4 stop “Friedensbrücke” which takes you anywhere in the city in only a couple of minutes. Also the tram line 1 along the ring and lots of bus stations are super close by. If you are planning to get a bike, there is also a space for it on the property.
