Our apartment is on the 4 and a half floor of a well maintained building with a red carpeted stair. It is secured with Digicode. This 65 square meter unit offer a cozy interior with a wooden floor and exposed beams. Completely furnished and recently refurbished, it can accommodate up to 5 people. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed with attached shower room and toilette and the living room offer a convertible sofa bed. A folding bed can be added upon request to accommodate the 5th person if necessary. There is also a second toilette at the entrance for people sharing the living room. The Kitchen is very well equipped with quality kitchenware and appliances and the large dining table can accommodate up to 8 people at ease for you to play the best host away from home. Stay connected with the world through the private high speed internet connection through cable and Wi-Fi and cable TV through a large Flat screen 3D Smart TV. Last but not least you will surely appreciate the air conditioning system of this unit in the hot Summer.Arrivals, Departure, Assistance & any other Charges:1) The keys of the Property will be delivered to the Client by a PROFESSIONAL SERVICE appointed by the host, in the apartment at a time previously agreed. Check-in will be carried out from Monday to Saturday, between 2 pm and 7 pm local time, free of charge (check-in before 2 pm can be accepted free of charge upon request and depending on the availability of our team and so far the apartment is ready). Any arrival from Monday to Saturday beyond the mentioned time above (9.00 am to 7.00 pm) shall be subject to an extra cost. This extra cost is : - 25 euros for check-in between 7 pm and midnight; - 40 euros from midnight to 3 am. Any arrival on Sunday and public holidays decreed in France, shall be subject to an extra cost. This extra cost is : - 25 € for arrival in between 10 am and 7 pm; - 50 € for arrival in between 7 pm and midnight; - 70 € for arrival from Midnight to 3 am. 2) The guest is given assistance during his stay, so far it is possible. However, If the host needs to attend to the guest’s emergency needs, a fee of 50 € shall be charged to the guest by the host if ever the guest is solely responsible for the host’s intervention (ex. Loss of keys or guest being locked out ..etc ) The CLEANING FEE IS NOT INCLUDED AS WELL AS ELECTRICITY FEE which will be calculated on a meter reading and the host will take this 2 charges (cleaning and electricity fee) from the caution deposit.Notice: Displayed prices and data are not final, and should be used for informative purpose only. Rue de la Grande Truanderie is a well-known street in the famous area of “Les Halles”. It is considered as a semi pedestrian area and there is a lovely square place with bars and restaurants just on the foot of the building. A few meter away, you will find the famous shopping Mall of Forum des Halles, recently renovated with the New Canopy Hall, and which is the second most visited Mall in France with almost over 150 000 visitors a day. Les Halles is also a big connection Hub for Metros’ line and district lines with a direct connection to all major stations and Charles de Gaulle Airport as well as Orly Airport. Within walking distance away, you will fall on a number of interesting places such as Le Louvre, Hotel de Ville de Paris, Notre Dame Church, the Marais with its museum, the Seine with its river boats for sightseeing, the open air markets and many other historical places. Living in such an area will make you experience a real Parisian lifestyle of a city center but also the quiet mornings of weekends where you will surely appreciate the open-air market only a few blocks away where you can taste the origin-liked product (produits du terroir). Within close vicinity, you will find bakery (best croissants and Pain au chocolat around), butcher’s shop, supermarket, Cheese shops, wine shops, drugstore, cafes, restaurant, clubs, medical service and so on.
