Relax and enjoy time in our tastefully decorated newly reconstructed apartment next to the big park Parukarka.. It offers an authentic experience of the real Czech Quarter. A peaceful apartment provides an escape from the tourist crowds yet it's only a short journey to the all major sites. Its excellent accessibility to the center of Prague is one of its main advantages. It is located only one stop away from Želivského metro station.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the kitchen, you will find everything necessary for cooking. It is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, and fridge.

It takes about 5 minutes by public transport to reach the Old Town. Metro and tram are minutes away on a walk. The apartment is conveniently situated on the metro A line, connecting you effortlessly to all major sites, including the Wenceslas Square, Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, and the airport. The best sunset in Prague you can enjoy in park Parukarka is just 3 minutes by walk. Park is also well known for the nice stroll and spirit of local people. You will find one of the best views in the whole of Prague from the top of park Parukarka.

Comfortable bed (180x200 cm), and the second bedroom (160x200cm) lets you fully rest after long walks.

100 meters from the apartment there is a place where it is possible to park for free. However, we cannot guarantee that it will always be free.

There is no better way to discover Prague than driving a VESPA. Would you like to enjoy your holiday in Prague to the fullest? Only a normal car driving license is required.

We'll meet at the beginning of your stay. I'll give you the keys, show you everything you need inside the apartment (wifi password, hair dryer, towels ....), and explain to you how to get to the city center, Prague Castel, or wherever you want to go. All of my guests get an exclusive list of restaurants and cafes, carefully selected by me over the long years of living in Prague.

Please note that according to the laws of the Czech Republic, every foreigner over 18 years of age is required to pay a tourist tax of 50 CZK/night (around €2). This tax is not included in the price and must be paid upon arrival.
Guests staying longer than 60 days do not have to pay tourist tax.
