Spacious 50m2 studio apartment with the most important highlight; location! If you love art, good coffee and local life, you will not be disappointed. This bohemian neighbourhood is lively, safe and just 2 tram stops away from Prague Central Station. The apartment is located on the border of two most attractive Prague residential neighbourhoods; Zizkov and Vinohrady, the apartment itself is one block away from Zizkov TV tower. This tower is an icon that is seen from all of the view points around Prague as well as from many streets. So, basically, if you ever feel like you could get lost, then look for the tower :)!
When you crave farmers' markets, trendy cafes or the most stylish restaurants, just walk up to Jiriho z Poděbrad square. If you are looking for night bars, all kinds of shops or Vietnamese cuisine, you will find all that and more in Žižkov. Park Parukářka or Riegrovy Sady are also in close proximity. Post Office, Supermarket, Pharmacy and pretty much anything you need is just a short walk away.

There is a great Public transport in Prague. The nearest tram stop is 2 minutes away with direct trams/night trams/bus connections to most of Prague's attractions. Nearest Metro station is at Jiriho z Podebrad. We spend most of the year in a remote jungle paradise in Mexico (that is why we offer this flat for middle-term lease), but every year we come to Prague for a couple of months to soak up some city life, culture and artsy scene. We are very pleased about the location of this apartment and every time we return from abroad to Prague we really enjoy staying here.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor (2.NP) of classic brick building with elevator. The original layout of the apartment was 1 +1 with an area of 50 m2. We have adapted the space to our requirements and changed the layout to 2 +1, yet keeping the apartment optically spacious.
There is a large bathroom with both shower and a bath tube, the apartment has a separate toilet. The living space is spacious with windows overlooking the street; you can listen to San Prokop Church bells when chilling on the sofa. The living room communicates with kitchen via a wide door passage. A cozy bedroom is hidden behind the kitchen. The bedroom is simple, white, with a large closet and matrimonial bed (160cm wide). The kitchen is completed with a microwave, a fridge, a stovetop and all basic kitchen ware. The furniture in the apartment is mix of new and vintage (we love things that have souls). The walls are decorated with art posters. Original parquet floor and wooden doors may creak a little but we truly believe that it gives the apartment a special touch.

The apartment is kept warm in winter by central heating, in July 2019 was installed a new condensing boiler, emissions free!
The main door of the apartment is equipped with a high security lock.
Bed linen and towels (1 set of white bed linen, 2 small towels and 2 bath towels) can be borrowed free of charge for stays of 1-3 months. Long - term tenants for stays longer than 3 months are offered a significant rental discounts, therefore we do not provide bed linen and towels unless both parties agree otherwise. There is a technical room in the apartment where washing machine is also connected. This room serves us for maintenance and cleaning purposes. Access to this room in order to use the washing machine is possible for a flat fee of 500 CZK / month. We can also arrange regular cleaning/laundry washing for our tenants.

The internet provider is UPC, there is a wifi included in the price.

We lock our personal items property and all clutter that could interfere with you in the storage space above the toilet. You won't even know about our things! We only rent what you see in the photographs.

Our friend Vilma Jankůjová takes care of our apartment, she is legally authorized to deal with any issue you may have. Vilma will personally hand over the apartment and will communicate with you during your stay.

This apartment is ideal for newcomers in Prague, expats, digital nomads, corporate executives and those who want to make the most of Prague's cultural life. Attention, although the location is more then perfect for a lively nightlife, the building strictly observes local residential ordinances and tenants must obey quiet hours at night.
