Excellent access to public transport: 10 meters to the bus, 10min to S- and U-Bahns. Exceptional food & drink options (the best in Berlin!) 100+ bars, restaurants, beautiful cozy cafes, music bars and clubs close by! No to mention the beautiful Boxhagener Platz (100m down the street) with beautiful Saturday farmers market and Sunday flea market.
The space
The apartment is newly renovated with all the amenities, stylish designed, with wooden plank flooring, highest quality furniture (Nuts & Woods) and a lovely Smeg fridge. Located on the first floor in the absolutely quiet! backyard of the building.

The place is hidden in the quiet backyard with trees, so although you are right in the middle of one of the liveliest areas in Berlin it's always quiet in the apartment. No noisy neighbours as well. There are trees on both sides, with the peaceful backyard to be enjoyed from a balcony (with hammock) big enough to easily seat 3.

One of the things I enjoy most is having breakfast on the balcony, the sun shines directly on it every day at 9:30 (at least in summer ;) ). Bed linen, towels, shampoo and most other basic conveniences are of course being provided for you!

Work space: The living room / office has a beautiful large 2x1m natural oak & steel table. The perfect place to work from home.

Bed: A large king sized boxspring bed (2*2.2m).
