Quiet 3-room apartment in the Haupttraße in the wonderful beloved district Berlin-Rummelsburg located in Lichtenberg next to Friedrichshain. The apartment is fully furnished and has many advantages such as W-LAN / Wifi, a large flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a large terrace with a sensational view to the rummelsburger lake and two bedrooms each with a large double bed. Thanks to the great windows to the balcony the apartment is beautifully flooded by light and very quiet. In the morning you can listen to the birdsong on the balcony, relax in the evening after a long day in the capital or simply enjoy the incredible view.

In close proximity are public transport stops, which are all within walking distance in 2 minutes. The Ostkreuz (S-Bahn) and Tram (S21) as well as Rummelburg (S-Bahn) are all nearby. The famous Alexanderplatz, the Potsdamer Platz and the Warsaw bridge are only a few stops from where you can travel almost in all directions.

The most popular bars, the most beautiful cafes and restaurants Friedrichshain are all easy to reach either on foot, by bus or bicycle. Depending on traffic, you can reach TXL Tegel Airport within 30-40 minutes and the SXF Schönefeld Airport in about 20 minutes.

Type of contract: For rentals of up to 3 months, the total rent must be paid in advance. For a rental period longer than 3 months, the first and last full month's rent must be paid in advance. The deposit is generally payable in advance and will be returned at the end of the rental period and proper return of the apartment.

The indicated price refers to an occupancy of the apartment with up to two persons. For each additional person 100,- Euro per person and month will be charged.

In addition to the rent, every month 300,- € of minimum prepayments for the consumption costs of water (cold/hot), heating (gas) and energy must be paid monthly. This amount usually covers the cost for normal, usual consumption. If the consumption costs are higher than the minimum prepayments, the difference must be paid by the tenant.
