With a size of 37sqm and an open space flooded with light, the apartment offers a cozy and inviting flair.

It is equipped with a Smart TV with all accesses for Netflix and Co. The living area offers enough space and comfort for cozy hours. In the anteroom of the living room there is a modern, comfortable foldaway bed (1.4 m) equipped with an Emma One mattress. Nothing stands in the way of working from home. WLAN is of course available and can be used free of charge. Opaque curtains offer protection from the sun.

The bathroom has a bathtub and a bathroom block for storing cosmetics. The washing machine is hidden behind a curtain in the hallway. Towels can be dried on the towel rail or on the clothes horse in the apartment. The mirror above the washbasin has separate lighting with a bright light color.

The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires and can be supplemented on request with things that our guests would like. Simply get in touch with us if required.

The standard equipment includes an initial supply of spices, coffee, filter papers and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a stove with oven and ceramic hob and a fridge-freezer combination. It also has a counter with 2 chairs.

Location:
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet apartment building in the middle of a central and tranquil settlement. Shopping facilities, restaurants, a post office, etc. can be reached in less than 3 minutes by car. Free parking spaces are available in front of the house and in the neighboring streets.

On arrival, we welcome our guests personally, show them around the apartment and answer any questions they may have.
