Each room is equipped with a wardrobe, bed+mattress+protector, table+ table lamp, chair and multicontact plugs. The beds are 1,40x2,00 meters and 0,90x2,00 meters. Shown in this one is the bigger bed. Provided will be a whole bed equipment set, so: Blanket, sheet, pillow, etc.

The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, water cooker, toaster, oven, cooking field, fridge+freezer and cooking equipment, as well as plates, cups, etc. Also provided will be a cleaning mop, clotheshorse and a vacuum.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

Included in the rent will be internet, heating, water and electricity usage. Not included is the radio tax, which has to be shared by the 2 roommates.

All rentable rooms can be locked up.

There is also a basement box for storage, which the 2 roommates share.
