Situato al primo piano, senza ascensore (13 scalini da salire), di un palazzo collocato in Borgo la Croce, a soli 10 minuti a piedi da Santa Croce e da tutti i monumenti fiorentini più importanti. La zona è anche ricca di negozi, ristoranti e bar.

Appartamento disposto su un livello (82 mq), arredato in stile rustico, con terrazzino. Può ospitare fino a 4 persone, ha 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno con doccia e lavatrice.
Dopo la porta d’ingresso, sulla destra troviamo il bagno completo con doccia e lavatrice, e a seguire la cucina ben attrezzata. Dalla cucina si accede direttamente al piccolo terrazzo, dotato di tavolino da colazione e armadietto.
Tornando all’ingresso, sulla sinistra troviamo la prima camera con letto matrimoniale (non divisibile - larghezza materasso 160 cm). Proseguendo sempre sulla sinistra troviamo il soggiorno con divano, poltrone e tv, e poi la seconda camera con due letti singoli (non accorpabili - larghezza materasso 90 cm).
Entrambe le camere da letto si affacciano su Borgo la Croce.

Situated on the first floor, without elevator (13 steps to climb), of a building located in Borgo la Croce, just a 10 minute walk from Santa Croce and from all the most important monuments of Florence. In the area you can also find plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars.

Apartment set on one level (82 mq / 883 sq.ft), with small terrace, furnished in a rustic style. It can accommodate up to 4 people, has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with shower and washing machine.
As you enter, on the right you will find a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and following a well-equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you can access to the small terrace, equipped with breakfast table and cabinet.
Returning to the entrance, on the left you will find the first bedroom with a double bed (not divisible - 160 cm wide). Continuing, still on the left, there is a living room with sofa, armchairs and TV, and then the second bedroom with two single beds (not joinable - 90 cm wide).
Both bedrooms overlook Borgo la Croce.
