I am renting out my apartment fully furnished from August 2024 to July 2025. The apartment consists of a large living and dining room with a balcony facing the Spree and Charlottenburg Palace Park. The second room facing the inner courtyard can be used as a bedroom and workspace. I don't rent out the second (very small) courtyard room.
The apartment is well connected to public transport: Ringbahn, U7 and bus lines 109, M45 and 309 are within walking distance.
