For rent: My fully furnished private apartment in Heiligenstadt (1190 Vienna) from August 2023 until the end of June 2024 due to my temporary stay abroad. Therefore there is no agency commission fee.

Excellent connection to the public transport network in less than five minutes walk (subway; regional trains; streetcar; buses). Numerous supermarkets close by. Journey to the city center takes about 15 minutes.

Quiet location overlooking a green hill with a multitude of trees.

Large bedroom with spacious double bed, kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet, dining room, living room (office).

Security deposit is three months rent.
