We are offering our 102 sqm new-build apartment with a 56 sqm terrace and beautiful garden, which we completed and moved into in July, for interim rent. We will be abroad during this time, but there is a contact person on site.
The apartment is available from the beginning of June 2024 for approx. one year. A slightly later rental period of one year is also possible by arrangement. Minimum rental period is 6 months.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via a staircase or elevator, as are the underground garage and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
