Partille-Gothenburg

Ett enkelt rum finnes centralt i Partille, i stort radhus i lugnt bostadsområde. Busshållplats finns precis utanför, som går både till Partille Centrum (annars ca 5 minuters gångväg) och till centrala Göteborg. Pendeltågsstation ca 6 minuters gångväg, och därifrån ca 8 minuter in till Göteborg C. Allum Köpcenter ligger tio minuters gångväg bort, där finns diverse butiker, restauranger, matbutiker, och systembolag, samt busstation.
Som hyresgäst hyr du ett rum med delat kök, badrum och trädgård. Vi som äger
huset bor delvis utomlands.
Sovrummet har en enkelsäng, garderob och skrivbord. Rummet är ca 10-12 kvadratmeter, och har även en egen balkong, hyran ligger på 5 500 kr/månad.
Normalförbrukning av el, vatten och värme ingår. Hyran inkluderar även obegränsat internet.
Inga övernattningsgäster tillåts då vi själva bor i huset.
För närvarande söker vi enbart kvinnliga hyresgäster eftersom min fru vistas själv i huset under perioder på grund av sitt jobb.

A simple room is centrally located in Partille, in a large terraced house in a quiet residential area. There is a bus stop right outside, which goes both to Partille Centrum (otherwise about 5 minutes' walk) and to central Gothenburg. Commuter station approx. 6 minutes' walk, and from there approx. 8 minutes to Gothenburg C. Allum Köpcenter is ten minutes' walk away, where there are various shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and system companies, as well as a bus station.
As a tenant, you rent a room with a shared kitchen, bathroom and garden. We who own
the house partially lives abroad.
The bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe and desk. The room is approx. 10-12 square meters, and also has its own balcony, the rent is SEK 5,500/month.
Normal consumption of electricity, water and heat is included. The rent also includes unlimited internet.
No overnight guests are allowed as we live in the house ourselves.
Currently we are only looking for female tenants as my wife stays in the house by herself for periods due to her job.
