This modern apartment is ideal for corporate travelers, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 40sqm surface. The space is divided in: - 1 bedroom - 1 bathroom The building has an intercom The flat is ideal for 2 people, M(hidden)edroom has a double bed & an ensuite bathroom with shower plate Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night. The house has an open kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, stove), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, 0, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine . You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a couch and smartTV with HDMI cable. There is a split heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a split system AC WiFi connection is also installed.
