Because they are generously planned corner apartments with two window fronts. And the higher up the apartment in PhilsPlace, the farther you can let your eyes wander.
The executive apartments are made especially for those who plan to stay with us longer. And believe us, you don't have to stay long to feel at home here. 47 well-appointed square meters provide space for a king-size bed (180 x 210 cm), a smart TV with media hub, a large desk, a fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances and a spacious dining area, and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Enough space, in other words, to feel truly free. And to leave homesickness outside as much as possible. Oh, and if you want to work, we've also provided a desk for you. We would still advise you to test the bed for the time being.

Animals are allowed with a monthly fee of 150 Euros.
Parking is available with a monthly fee 95 Euros.
Gym is available with a monthly fee of 50 Euros.
For a second guest, 20 Euros a night will be charged.

Und glauben Sie uns: Man muss nicht lange bleiben, um sich hier daheim zu fühlen. 47 bestens ausgestattete Quadratmeter spenden Platz für ein herrschaftliches Kingsize-Bett (180 x 210 cm), einen Smart-TV mit Media-Hub, einen großen Schreibtisch, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Miele-Geräten und großzügigem Essbereich sowie ein modernes Badezimmer mit Walk-in-Dusche. Genügend Raum also, um sich wirklich frei zu fühlen. Und um das Heimweh so gut es geht draußen zu lassen. Ach ja, und falls Sie arbeiten möchten, haben wir auch einen Schreibtisch für Sie bereitgestellt. Wir würden trotzdem raten, vorerst das Bett zu testen.

Haustiere sind gegen eine monatliche Gebühr von 150 Euro erlaubt.
Parken ist mit einer monatlichen Gebühr von 95 Euro möglich.
Fitnessraum ist mit einer monatlichen Gebühr von 50 Euro zur Verfügung.
Für einen zweiten Gast werden 20 Euro pro Nacht berechnet.
