The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a secure building with a bicycle garage. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony with a table and chairs. All rooms are fully equipped and furnished. All of them have been carefully arranged and decorated. The kitchen is equipped with new and quality appliances.
