Our studio flat is located in Cedar Lodge IV across from the Gondola Station. It is ideal for a single person or a couple for short and long terms stays. The kitchen has a 2 hob electric stove, hotel refrigerator, electric kettle, and microwave.

The couch extends into a bed to sleep two people. There is also a door that opens to the garden area where you can make a BBQ. There is a cable TV and WiFi is free. The building is secure and you will receive an electronic chip for the entrance. There is an elevator in the building, but our flat is on the ground floor so you won't need it. There is also a yoga studio that also offers massages. It is located at the end of our hall and works all year. The European restaurant, "Five Points", is located next to the lobby and is open in the winter.

Our flat is available all year. If you would like to stay during ski season, the monthly rent during ski season ( December 15 - April 15). is $400.00 per month including utilities. Outside of ski season, rent is $200.00 per month including utilities. Although we are animal lovers, dogs are not allowed in this building. Minimum stay is one month and maximum number of guests is two people.
