Our flat has 4 rooms (living/sleeping, children/guests, kitchen, large bathroom with corner tub and shower); quiet location with garden; directly at the Palm-Beach leisure pool (a few metres); directly at the Forum Stein shopping centre; many restaurants within a few minutes' walk; top access to Nuremberg, Fürth or e.g. Playmobil Funpark; in a few minutes to the underground; the flat can be reached separately via a staircase; in the smaller room another 2 people can sleep, also suitable as a study, children's room or similar.
