The studios have a maximum occupancy of two people.
If the studio is rented to one person and the boyfriend/girlfriend goes there to sleep several times that month, he/she has to pay another €100 (in that month).
Central location, Cedofeita Street, in the historical centre, completely renew in 2022.
You can find several services in the same street, supermarkets, laundries, restaurants, bar and pharmacie.
Near the “Porto night” but far enough to be quiet and silent.
The nearest metro station is Lapa at 600m.
