The building is located in the city center, so everything can be reached by walk. The apartment is in one of the main shopping streets of Sevilla, 3 minutes from the Cathedral and 8 minutes to the metro station at Puerta de Jerez. In this building, there are two apartments - one is on the first floor and another on the second, so all your neighbors will be Erasmus students too! Your apartment will be on the 1st floor. This apartment contains 8 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each room has a king size bed of 135 cm., desk and wardrobe.

The room price depends on the size of the room and access to the balcony. 55 euros will be additional costs every month . Fee of 75 euros one time payment ONLY and it can be after you enter the room! Reserve now!
