Flat in the city of Porto, Portugal, in the heart of the city centre, with 72 m2, living room, 1 bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, balcony and terrace. Internet with Wi-Fi.

The apartment is located on the top floor, the 4th floor, of a building with elevator where living traditional families from Porto in a very quiet environment. Oriented East-West it’s possible see from the terrace the sunset over the city. Modern decor.
All divisions are an authentic Art Gallery, with the support of L'Agenzia di art are exhibited works by artists from Portugal and Italy.

Utilities are included up to a maximum amount of 115 euros!

The tenant pays 1 month of rent through the platform, at check-in the tenant has to pay the security deposit and another month of rent in advance. There is also a city tourist tax of 14 euros PER person that tenant pays at check-in, that is the "Other cost" of 14 euros you will see in the costs overview.

Parking available for 12 Eur/ day or 125 Eur/month.
