The apartment is located completely to the Truderinger Forest and is therefore absolutely quiet and not affected by traffic noise. The apartment will be equipped with a new fitted kitchen and new furniture.
The new building ensures low energy costs (KfW 55). A current energy certificate is available for inspection. An elevator takes you comfortably to the corresponding floor. The apartment also has a cellar compartment. Visitor spaces are available in the underground car park.
