Welcome to Karlsruhe's Südstadt district! You will be living in a freshly renovated three-room apartment with a picturesque balcony view of the green residential complex. Contracts 6 months or longer are preferred.

The rooms are bright, have parquet flooring and are furnished to a high standard. The apartment has a well-equipped, modern kitchen, which makes living there very easy.

The accommodation is a 3-bedroom apartment with a bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony. It has been renovated in the transition 2023/2024 with new wall painting and new furniture.

Each room has a 1.20 m wide closet with mirror, 10 clothes hangers and enough space for lots of luggage and clothes. The bed is 1.40 m wide and has two slatted frames so that two people can sleep well in it. In addition, the 4 drawers of the bed box offer plenty of space for your belongings. There is a bedside table with a lamp next to the bed. A 1.20 m long desk and a desk chair allow you to be productive in the room. Room 1 is large enough to accommodate a small fold-out sofa bed (1 person). Room 2 is the largest room and offers space for a pull-out sofa bed (2 people). The sofa beds are less comfortable than the beds! Room 3 only has a double bed. The rooms are individually lockable. Let us know if there are any small children coming who need a crib. Of course there is also WLAN access. There is also a small chest of drawers and a rug.

The bathroom is equipped with everything you need: a shower, a large mirror above the sink, a waste garbage can, a hairdryer and the necessary toiletries.

The kitchen has been completely renovated and is well equipped: fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, induction hob, oven, extractor hood, sink, dishwasher, trash can, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, colander, bowls, cups, standard condiments, table and 4 chairs (please note when booking).

The balcony is furnished with a table and two chairs and is the only place in the apartment where smoking is permitted. An ashtray is available. To avoid unpleasant odors, please keep the balcony door closed when smoking on the balcony.

There is a checkroom in the hallway with a shoe rack and an additional shoe cupboard.
