Getting around
Walking Athens is our recommendation. It's a great city to explore. The ideal location of the flat makes it extremely easy to walk towards all major tourist attractions.
The closest Metro station is Syntagma, only a 4-minute walk from our front door. There, you will find a variety of buses and trolley lines to transport you all over Athens. You can use the metro to the airport or take the X95 bus from Syntagma.

Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct.
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
