Lovely loft in Winterberg

Feel at home in my cosy "Forest" home base. The flat is renovated and modernly furnished in a natural style. Located directly at the slopes you are in winter in a few meters on the boards and in summer in 2 minutes at the bike park. The 40m² DG-apartment is very quiet and contains a King Size Bed, sofa bed, a small but nice kitchen, Smart-TV with Netflix & SNES Mini, very strong WLAN & free parking.
Price includes towels & bed linen.
LIVING ROOM

The 40m² large 2 room flat is stylishly but also practically furnished. Here you will find a number of extras that far exceed the standards of normal holiday flats.

In the living room you will find a comfortable corner sofa, a large Smart TV with Netflix account and a SNES Mini, where you can relax in a nice ambience or have a fight at Street-Fighter. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sofa bed for two people.

From the cosy dinette you have a view of the St. Georg ski jump. In this flat you will find real plants, books and the love for details. This makes the flat much more comfortable than most flats in Winterberg.
Of course there is also a high chair available, please let us know if you need one when you check in online (you will receive the link to the check in separately).

KITCHEN

In the well-equipped open kitchen you will become baristas with a Bialetti espresso maker and a fully automatic electric milk frother. Espresso and coffee are naturally included.

There is a ceramic hob, mini oven, kettle, "standard" filter coffee machine, fridge with freezer, toaster, etc. It has everything you need for cooking.

The kitchen is not big, but every free space is used to its best advantage in the Tiny House style (e.g. a matching bamboo chopping board above the sink provides extra work surface).

Tea, coffee and espresso are included. Salt, pepper, oil, sugar and some spices.

BEDROOM

In the bedroom you will find a comfortable 180cm king size bed and plenty of storage space for your clothes. Another single bed (90cm) can accommodate a third person. So either two or one person can sleep on the sofa bed.

The bedroom is very quiet, it is located at the back of the house and is equipped with a 3-fold sound insulation, just like the windows in the living room.
Of course there is also an optional cot/travel cot, please indicate if you need one when checking in online.

BATHROOM

The bathroom has a bright design with window and shower. The natural style is also found here and is complemented by subtle decorations.

Here you will find everything you need: a hairdryer, towels, shower gel and hair shampoo.

FAMILY

My flat is family friendly. Of course there is a high chair, a baby bed, colouring books and some board games. The sockets have a child lock and a CO2-warner is installed. Of course there are also smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

OUTSIDE AREA

Bicycles can be deposited in a shed or cellar. A small terrace in the green belongs to the flat. It is situated slightly offset next to the building and has a bench, chairs with adjustable backrests and comfortable upholstery, so that you can relax a little with a cold drink after a hard day in the bike park or on the slopes. A grill is also available.
