The apartment:

The bright living/bedroom has a stylish and cosy feel. Here you will find a 120 x 200 cm bed for relaxed sleep alone or cosy as a couple, as well as a wardrobe, a 43 inch TV and a work desk with a 32 inch monitor.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide the following:

Fully equipped kitchen: the kitchen invites you to cook & eat. Microwave and oven, fridge (with freezer compartment), small appliances such as toaster and kettle offer you flexibility when cooking.

Modern bathroom: The modern bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, hand soap, shampoo, towels and of course a mirror.

Basics for everyday life: hoover, tumble dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Special service: Free coffee capsules (Nespresso coffee machine), tea, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.

Technical equipment: 100mb internet (WLAN) - 43 inch TV with cable connection and Fire TV Stick (Netflix, Youtube etc.) as well as waipu.tv account with over 200 channels - 32 inch monitor (USB C cable and HDMI cable)

Stein is considered a link between unspoilt nature and the offers of the conurbation around the city of Nuremberg. Right around the corner you will find numerous shopping facilities (BioMarkt, Lidl, Steinforum, etc.), a bank (Sparkasse), a pharmacy and restaurants (Italian, Greek, doner kebab, etc.) for every need.

Sights are easily accessible due to the central location. It is not far to the main railway station, Nuremberg airport, the trade fair and Erlangen University. There is also a wide range of leisure activities in and around Stein: art & culture - nature & wildlife - sport & fun. There is something for every taste.
