The roof top terrace has 2 lounge chairs, a table, a parasol and a box for the pillows. Both, the balcony and the rooftop terrace have a watering system for the plants. The stairs to the roof top terrace are shared with the neighbours’ apartment. There is no formal separation between this apartments’ balcony/terrace and the neighbours balcony/terrace which requires respect for each others privacy. Having said that, our neighbours are great !

The apartment is situated in a quiet area on the border between the 17th and 18th district and has excellent links to the public transport network. Line 42 (18 minutes to the city centre and University, 7 minutes to AKH – central hospital), Line 9 (20 minutes to main train station Westbahnhof) and line 15A (20 minutes to castle Schönbrunn). If you want to park your car on the streets, you need a prepaid parking voucher (eg “Easypark”).

Supermarket, pharmacy and tobacconist can be reached in 2-5 minutes walking. The shopping street “Währinger Straße” and the scenic daily market “Kutschkermarkt” can be reached in 10 minutes walking.
