You can look over the area as you are above all on the last (3rd) floor. The flat is in the heart of Plagwitz. The Tram 14 to the city center is only 2min walk away. Just around the corner you find nice little shops, grocery stores and pharmacies. Nice little cafes and restaurants are in walking distance.
