Le studio de 19 m² conçu pour accueillir deux personnes comprend une zone de séjour avec un grand lit, une salle de bain, une TV LCD et une cuisine équipée. La cuisine est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, d'un micro-ondes et de plaques vitrocéramiques avec hotte aspirante. La vaisselle nécessaire est également mise à disposition. The 19m² studio is designed to accommodate two people and includes a living area with double bed, bathroom, LCD TV and fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and ceramic hob with extractor hood. Crockery and cutlery are also provided. Bathroom facilities include a shower. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all apartments.

Laundry facilities are available on site for a fee, and guests can request the loan of an iron and ironing board free of charge. Pets are allowed at an additional cost of €60 per month.

To make up the rental file, we ask for proof of identity, bank details to guarantee the reservation and a bank account number. These same documents will be requested from you in the case of a guarantor. A deposit corresponding to one month's rent will be requested on the day of your arrival. "
