There is a spacious living room - bedroom with a really comfortable sofa, which turns into a double bed, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.

Bed linen, towels, bath amenities, and all electric devices are provided. There is a boiler that provides 24 hours of water.

Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from a top-quality brand. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you.

The closest metro station is Technopolis.

Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation).

For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.

Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
