It is a studio located on the 6th floor. It is composed of :

- a bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) on the mezzanine
- a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster...)
- 1 bathroom with shower and WC
- Bedding and household linen provided
- TV & Broadband Internet (WiFi) included
