- Due to the nearby banks and embassies, public safety is outstanding
- Metro 2 and 3 are within 5 minute's walk
- It is not in the party district, the area is generally calm
- Not on a busy street
- Parking is possible on the street or in the garage under Liberty Square. Both are paid options.

As specified by our contract, as this is a flat for mid-term rent and not an airbnb, the flat shall be returned as I hand it over: clean, with the bed linen washed. If you cannot make this happen for any reason, there is a 100 EUR fee payable during the takeover of the apartment, and you have to let me know in advance so I can organize the cleaning.
