This apartment for 4 people is located close to the city center (Picasso's birthplace: 800 m) but away from the crowded areas of Malaga. It is local, which means that you will also have local restaurants and bars at a lower price than the downtown area. Beach day? Enjoy a nice walk to Paseo de Parque, take a break at Muelle Uno right next to Malaga port and have a cold drink, coffee or meal and then you will arrive at La Malagueta beach (also with beach bars/ restaurants). It is more or less 2 km from the apartment. If you want to go shopping, take Calle Larios and its narrow streets (1.3km) The Picasso Museum is 1km away and Malaga Cathedral is 1.3km away. Time to visit other places? The commuter train station - Málaga Centro Alameda - takes you to Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Plaza Mayor (one of the biggest shopping centers in Málaga) and also an easy and cheap way to get to and from the airport. The Atarazanas Market is a good place to taste different local foods. It is 1.5 km from the house.

The apartment overlooking a large courtyard has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower. 2 balconies, very bright and if you arrive by car, do not worry about looking for a space to leave it since there is a parking lot under the building on one level and it is private. It is included in the price. There is no noise as it is facing the patio. The living room offers air conditioning and in the bedroom there is a ceiling fan. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, oven, kettle, etc. If you wash your clothes, you can dry them on the roof. This area is for hanging only.

To consider:
Free weekly cleaning (includes change of sheets and towels). Does not include kitchenware cleaning.
The entry time is from 15:00 to 21:00. If you want to register after 9:00 p.m.
For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., we offer two options: .1- Pick up the keys at the office at no cost,
2- meet at the reserved apartment. This last service has an extra charge of EUR 50 payable on arrival.
Please let us know in advance so we can organize ourselves.
You can leave your luggage at our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over the age of 16 will have to sign the police register.
Please, do not forget that we will ask you for a refundable deposit upon your arrival. This deposit will have to be paid by credit card.
