The apartment has wifi internet connection and air conditioning. A large window directly to the street, gives it the necessary brightness to work or study at ease.
It is located in a typical Sevillian house with a very nice and well kept Andalusian patio. This type of building can only be seen and enjoyed in the center of Seville.
In it you can breathe a lot of peace and tranquility, it is quiet and is decorated with very neutral colors and elements.
For more space and a more pleasant stay, the double bed is folding, it is stored giving more free space to the apartment. It is very easy to open and is the perfect solution for an accommodation of this style. In the living room there are 2 comfortable sofas.
The kitchen is open American style, very equipped, large and comfortable.
The bathroom is spacious with a large corner shower and storage space.
It is a first floor, so you do not need to use the elevator and is fully accessible without steps and perfect for people with reduced mobility.
TERMS:
- You will have to pay an estimated bills each month. If you exceed this estimate, you will have to pay the additional cost. If you spend less than estimated, we'll deduct it from next month's bills.
- The amount of the deposit and the amount of the early termination will always be the highest monthly payment included during the rented period.
-The administrative cost will be 20% of the cost of the highest monthly payment included during the rented period.

- At the beginning of your stay, before entering the accommodation, we will charge you a cleaning fee to clean the apartment on departure. If you leave the apartment in very poor condition upon departure and this cost is insufficient, the difference will be charged.
- If the keys are lost, you will have to pay a replacement fee of €100
- If you cancel your contract early, you will have to pay an early departure fee equal to the deposit
- Rent must be paid between the 1st and 5th of each month
- It is an essential condition that they comply with the rules of the neighborhood community, do not make noise at night and do not disturb the neighbors. If you misbehave and we receive complaints from the police or neighbors, we will be forced to expel you from the accommodation.
