Nice one-room apartment with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. View of the Mint and City Hall and a glimpse of Riddarfjärden. Trees outside the window. 10 minutes walk to the T-centre. 4 minutes to the blue line (Town Hall). 3 minutes to Bus 3. Wonderful proximity to the quay and Riddarfjärden. Lovely location for the summer months. Nice laundry room. Fits well for one person. There may be the possibility of extension.
