The apartment: A three bedroom furnished apartment in Beverly Hills Tower with several attractions near by (city center, the gate mall, the corniche). The kitchen and living room are shared common spaces. 

The room: The master room currently available for rent. It is spacious with an attached balcony and en-suite bathroom and built in closet (see pics). The room comes with a parking space. You can also use the facilities at the Regency for free, which is less than a 2 minute walk.

The flatmates: Two rooms are currently occupied by two ladies. We are private, quiet and chill. We are seeking a similar flatmate, preferably non-smoking and not allergic to animals.

The rent: 4,300/ month. Rent is due the 1st of the month. The rent includes: water, electricity, internet and cleaning once a week. We request a one month deposit, and one month notice prior to vacating the apartment. 

Other amenities: the building has a pool, gym, spa, mens salon, atm and a grocery store.
