Ampio monolocale al piano terra, confortevole e luminoso, grande terrazzo attrezzato per mangiare all'aperto, in una zona strategica della città, ben collegata con il centro e le principali attrazioni turistiche. La cucina è completa di accessori, piatti, stoviglie ed elettrodomestici: bollitore, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, microonde e forno. La zona notte è composta da 1 camera con 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 divano letto matrimoniale. I due ambienti sono divisi da un muro (senza porta) che permette privacy tra i due ambienti. L’appartamento è riservato ai non fumatori ed è dotato di wifi, televisione, lavatrice e aria condizionata. Sono inoltre presenti asciugacapelli, asse e ferro da stiro, asciugamani e biancheria da notte per l'intera durata del soggiorno. La casa rimane completamente a vostra disposizione ed ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per accogliervi in un ambiente pulito e confortevole, sia che siate in viaggio per lavoro, sia che siate di passaggio per visitare la città. Abbiatene cura, siete i benvenuti!Ricordiamo agli ospiti che ci sono dei gradini prima di entrare in appartamento e che per raggiungere lo stabile dalla strada ci sono delle scale.
RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;
We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-outdate;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night
MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION
60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 12th 2024 and April 23th 2024 included.
N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with check-in between March 12th and April 23th 2024, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
The check out between 11th April and 21st April 2024 included is not allowed.
