Bonjour à tous, nous étions une coloc de 4 personnes (2 filles 2 garçons) entre 20 et 28 ans, étudiant, stagiaire et travailleur. Louise est récemment partie et sa chambre est disponible dès maintenant. Les visites peuvent se faire en physique ou en vidéo selon vos possibilités. On est attentif à la propreté et au rangement de l’appart pour qu’il reste toujours agréable et le respect mutuel est primordial. On passe régulièrement du temps à cuisiner ensemble :)
LE LOGEMENT :
L’appartement se compose d’une entrée avec un couloir desservant 4 chambres, 1 grande salle de bain, un WC indépendant ainsi qu’une grande cuisine ouvrant sur une buanderie.
LA CHAMBRE :
Elle comprend un lit 2 places, un grand dressing ainsi qu’un bureau et sa chaise. Se ferme à clé.
LES ÉQUIPEMENTS :
Fourniture internet par la fibre haut débit. Pour votre plus grand confort celui-ci est intégralement meublé et équipé (four, plaque, frigo, toaster, bouilloire, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche linge, ustensiles de cuisine, plan de travail), vous n’avez plus qu’à vous installer !
EMPLACEMENT :
Il est idéalement situé à 200m du métro Bagatelle, proche zone d'activité de Basso Cambo, à 1 arrêt de l’université Jean-Jaurès, 20 minutes de la place du Capitole. Tous les commerces du quotidien sont à de 3 minutes à pied (poste, primeur, pharmacie, supermarché, banque, boulangerie).
CONDITIONS :
Bail individuel à la chambre. Pas de caution solidaire. Chacun est libre de partir quand il veut, dès le moment où il respecte un mois de préavis.

Hi all! We're a 4 people flatshare comprised of 2 boys and 2 girls between 20 and 28 years old with various occupations from studying, to internship and working. Louise is gone now and her room is available right away. We'll arrange a physical visit or video call depending on your possibilities. We are serious with common rules such as partaking in cleaning, tidying up after messing up, and respecting each other so we're looking for someone with common values and we like to spent time cooking and chatting in the kitchen.
THE APARTMENT:
The apartment comprises an entrance with a corridor delivering to the 4 bedrooms, the toilets, 1 large bathroom as well as a kitchen opening up to a laundry room and a bright living room with access to a balcony.
THE ROOM:
With a surface area of almost 11m², it includes a double bed, a dressing room as well as a desk and chair and extra space for you to enjoy.
THE EQUIPMENT:
High-speed fiber internet supply through wi-ifi. For your greatest comfort, it is fully furnished and equipped (oven, hob, fridge, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washer-dryer, kitchen utensils, work surface), all you have to do is to settle in!
LOCATION :
It is ideally located 200m away from the Bagatelle subway station, which is close to the Basso Cambo business park, 1 stop from Jean-Jaurès University and 20 minutes from downtown (Place du Capitole).
