The cozy room available for rent is part of a charming building in downtown Grenoble, built in the 1930s, with a delightful French-style architecture: you will leave in a calm and elegant appartment with soaring 3-meter ceilings, fully fursnished, nearby all services.

The apartment consists of 2 rooms, a living room, a spacious kitchen, toilets and bathroom (bathtub): only 2 rooms are made available for rent, to ensure a calm and peaceful living environment.
The apartment features a big kitchen with all the necessary services, including a microwave, washing machine, kettle, hoven, gas stove -vacuum cleaner- and a TV for relaxing evenings at home. The bathroom features a bathtub, a large mirror, a cabinet, a washing machine and a bidet.

The building is situated on a calm inner street in a safe district, away from the city's traffic, but conveniently located nearby all the necessary services, including supermarkets and direct connections to all directions (train station, Universities (GEM included), Presqu'île, Meylan, Montbonnot).
