This is a bigger room (16 m2) in the 2-room apartment. Shared bathroom.

There is NO KITCHEN, but you will get an electric kettle, a microwave, a rice cooker and egg boiling machine, an electrical pan, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a fridge for your personal use.

Furniture: comfortable sofa bed, a proper dining table, commode, and a second sofa.

Several shelves in the hallway closets for storing food and personal items are also available for your use.

Shared: the WC & shower; a hallway.

There is an internal yard with tables and chairs. It's cute and green during the summer. You can enjoy your cup of coffee or bring your lunch.

Central heating with a heat regulator, hot &cold water, electricity, 5G WiFi, Bed linen, towels, and a hairdryer, are included in the price.

Vacuum cleaners and detergents for room/apartment cleaning are provided free of charge ( applicable for long-term guests).
