Entering, there is the modern corner kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners just like at home, and a bar counter for quick snacks and aperitifs.Opposite is the dining table for 4 and the TV area, with a comfortable sofa for watching a movie with friends or reading a book with a glimpse of the landscape. From here there is access to the balcony: enjoy the wonder of the lake view from here, drinking coffee or sipping a glass of good local wine on the outdoor table!There are two bedrooms, both doubles, making the apartment perfect for both families and groups of friends or couples.Concluding the apartment is a modern bathroom with shower, equipped with a washer and dryer.A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit.Linens to prepare the sofa bed are in the closet.We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.
