The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the number 3 tram and only about 20 minutes into the Centre. It’s only a 10 minute bike ride to the popular Cospudener See. There is a Kaufland with a Chinese, Donor, Bakery, Butcher and Apotheke less than a minute walk away.
The apartment was renovated in 2020 and is fully furnished Including a kitchen with everything you need.
The living room has a double sofa bed and TV and the bedroom has a king size bed and a wardrobe.
