The master bedroom offers a king size boxspring bed, a vanity desk with chair, a closet and drawer, blackout curtains and an A/C unit (airconditioning). The second bedroom has a double bed and a baby bed. It also offers a very large builtin closet. There are two bathrooms in the apartment. One bathroom has a walk-in shower, while the other has a tub.

The third, large bedroom has a large wood table with 6 wooden chairs, a lot of storage space with shelves and a "fake" fireplace, and a queen size bed. The room has an A/C (airconditioning) unit. There are also two lounge chairs with small coffee tables. The balcony can be accessed via the dining room. There is a Weber BBQ grill and a large lounge sofa for outdoor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher, induction stove, an oven, air fryer a large fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and a lot of kitchen space for cooking and storage.

The study offers large built in closets and a high-end double washer with two wash machines and a touchscreen function.
The dryer function on this washer does not work but there are free dryers that guests can use in the laundry room in the garden area.

The living room is equipped with a large Bolia sofa, a Bolia lounge chair that spins, a fireplace (no longer in use), an A/C unit, and a large Smart TV.

There is a community garden in the back of the house with an outdoor dining area. The apartment has a designated parking spot right in front of the building.
