There is also a large dining room with a dining table for up to 10 people and a large living room with entertainment as well as another small bedroom at the front of the flat. The smaller bedroom at the front has a single bed and a toddler bed. The eat-in kitchen is located in the centre of the flat and is accessible from two sides. Here, too, there is a dining area for up to 5 people. In the side wing of the building is the bathroom with WC, shower and bathtub, as well as the large bedroom, which has a master bed measuring 270 x 200 cm. This bed can also be pushed apart to create a double bed and a single bed. The beds in the bedroom are high-quality box-spring beds. There is also a 300 cm long wardrobe in the bedroom. The neighbourhood in this house is very friendly. The flats on the ground floor are used commercially by two doctors. This flat is therefore also ideal for families with children. The ground floor is not used by the doctors at weekends. On the second floor lives a very friendly elderly couple (other side) and a friendly family with two children (same side).
