In a central yet quiet location, this well-designed apartment boasts bright, spacious rooms, an advantageous layout, a long hallway, windows in every room and a private balcony and garden area. On the third floor, accessible by elevator, there is a wide view in both directions. The inner (bedrooms) rooms are particularly quiet, and the outer rooms (kitchen and living room) are also on a quiet street, as there is a hospital nearby.
The bright bedroom has a double bed and access to the balcony, which overlooks a green courtyard in summer. The smaller room has a single bed and the cozy living room is furnished with a pull-out double sofa bed. There is a desk with table lamp in both the living room and the smaller room.
The bathroom with a large window has a washing machine, dryer, water heater and a bathtub. The kitchen has a dishwasher as well as a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and coffee machine.
